What’s the process to get to this point? Well, it goes like this:
Book a call
When you book a call using the Calendly link (‘book a call’ buttons), enter some details of your project – for example, if it’s a live website, the address and what you’re after. This gives me a heads up so I can take a look before we speak, making the call much more productive.

If we decide that we are a good fit and you would like to proceed with the project, I will send you a detailed questionnaire that will give me greater insight into your business and the product or service. You will pay a 50% deposit to secure the project with me.
Research, research, research
Good website copy relies on good research. The replies from your questionnaire will be put together with my own research on your USP, competitors, keywords, industry, market, clients, etc, and a full understanding of the project comes together. All this research leads to better copy.
The first draft of your new website copy is submitted – you have two rounds of edits available to you for one month after the submission of the first draft. We spend this time tweaking the copy so that you are completely happy with it, and then it’s yours to use. You pay the remainder on the invoice and retain the copyright on the copy once it has been paid for in full.
Build your client relationships
Your website is now live and talking to your clients in their language. You’ve focused on solving their problems and they like what they see. Make sure to keep building on that with useful content that builds trust, gives proof of your ability to provide the best solution and creates a loyal customer, ready to recommend you at every opportunity.
